No, it's not a new house-flipping series. Sledgehammers are flying for the groundbreaking ceremony of the new Madrid Theatre in the historic downtown of Canoga Park. The $10.7M renovation will transform this former silent movie house originally built in 1926 into a state-of-the-art community theatre. All the years of hard work by so many have led to this point.
