AT&T PERFORMING ARTS CENTER
DEE AND CHARLES WYLY THEATRE
Dallas, Texas
Designed as the home for the Dallas Theatre Center, the Wyly Theatre is a 575 seat multi-form theatre that elegantly transforms from thrust to proscenium, or to flat floor.
A truly distinctive feature of the room, the ability for the entire audience seating to be reconfigured, using travelling, rotating, and articulating lifts, as well as seating sections that fly out to reveal a glass walled space that is flat floor, the flat floored configuration has been used for both theatrical performances as well as corporate and hospitality events.
Benton Delinger and Michael Ferguson provide theatre consulting services as individual effort while at a previous firm.
